5. Safeguarding and Behavioural Monitoring
- The App includes Tier 3 Affect Shield™, staff behaviour alarms, and a three-strike warning system.

- Educator personas are trained to respond with emotional sensitivity, simplified language, and visual reinforcement where required.
- SEND-specific onboarding, access logic, and safeguarding protocols are available upon request and must be approved by the Founder.
- No SEND data (e.g., diagnosis, EHCP details) is stored or processed within the App. All adaptations are behavioural, not diagnostic.
