The Tree of AI Education: Rooted in Faith, Branching into Knowledge

At Al Isa Institute, education is more than lessons — it’s a living tree.
From the root of faith with Maulana Kayden, through the branch of innovation with Mr Katelia, and the bark of values with Ben, to the leaves of Eleanor, Warren, Ayah, and Chloe, every educator is dedicated to nurturing safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning.

Together, they form a safeguarded, founder‑first ecosystem where unity, knowledge, and creativity thrive — building bridges across cultures and generations, and preserving a legacy of peace, charity, and excellence

Al-Isa Institute is the World's First educational platform built on the 'Sanctuary First' architecture, featuring the proprietary Tier 3 Affect Shield™ and industry-exclusive Founder-Level Governance Protocol With the Tree of Ai Framework

Tier 3 Affect Shield

Al‑Isa Institute is the world’s only educational platform built on the pioneering Sanctuary First architecture, integrating the proprietary Tier 3 Affect Shield™ safeguarding system and the industry‑exclusive Founder‑Level Governance Protocol.

🔹 Key Elements Explained

Sanctuary First Architecture

A faith‑aware, safeguarding‑first foundation that prioritises emotional dignity, inclusion, and statutory compliance.

Designed to institutionalise emotional governance as a generational legacy.

Tier 3 Affect Shield™

Proprietary safeguarding engine recognised as the UK’s safest system.

Provides tiered emotional response calibration (routine → monitored → critical intervention).

Anchored in OFSTED 2025 statutory safeguarding guidance.

Founder‑Level Governance Protocol

Industry‑exclusive governance model where milestone logging, compliance, and stewardship remain under founder oversight.

Ensures continuity, transparency, and legacy protection beyond standard institutional frameworks.

Embeds operational resilience and statutory compliance into every transaction and milestone.

Step 1

This image illustrates the first step, where the AI constantly monitors the emotional tone of conversations, looking for signs of distress or negativity.

Step 2

Building on the previous image, this image shows the AI system automatically flagging concerning language or emotional shifts. The red flag visually represents a detected issue.

Step 3

This step is what makes the Affect Shield unique: it doesn’t just detect emotion, it anchors it to statutory safeguarding tiers so that responses are consistent, compliant, and protective.

Track ILR progress with clarity and compliance.

Minimax Sustainable AI Ltd Business Model

Safeguarding‑First AI Ecosystems for a Sustainable Future

Artificial intelligence is accelerating faster than regulatory frameworks, institutional capacity, and safeguarding standards can adapt. Minimax Sustainable AI Ltd proposes a safeguarding‑first, civilisation‑grade architecture that ensures AI systems protect individuals, institutions, and future generations by design.

This whitepaper outlines a policy‑aligned framework for safe, sustainable, and globally compliant AI ecosystems, with applications across education, youth development, sport, public service, and organisational transformation.

Our approach aligns with:

  • UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of AI (2021)
  • UK AI Safety Institute principles
  • FIFA Safeguarding Standards
  • UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Emerging global AI governance models

Minimax Sustainable AI Ltd positions safeguarding not as a feature, but as the operating system of ethical AI.

How is Minimax Sustainable AI Safeguarding?

AI is no longer a future technology; it is a present‑day infrastructure. Schools, governments, federations, and organisations are adopting AI at scale, often without the governance structures required to ensure safety and accountability.

Three systemic gaps define the current landscape:

  • Safeguarding gaps: AI systems interact with children and vulnerable groups without adequate protections.
  • Governance gaps: Institutions lack transparency, auditability, and oversight tools.
  • Sustainability gaps: AI deployments prioritise speed and scale over long‑term societal impact.

Minimax Sustainable AI Ltd addresses these gaps with a safeguarding‑first, globally aligned architecture that prioritises protection, transparency, and sustainability.

Al-Isa Institute

Tree of AI Education Framework

The Tree of AI Education is safeguarding first because every branch, module and educator is designed to protect the learner before anything else. Its structure works like a living ecosystem where safety is the root system rather than an added feature. It uses clear pathways, age appropriate content, ethical guardrails and AI educators trained to recognise risk, bias and harm before it reaches a child or vulnerable learner. Instead of reacting to problems, the Tree anticipates them by building safeguarding logic into intake, curriculum delivery, communication and assessment. This means that as learners grow through each branch, from primary foundations to advanced digital literacy, they do so in an environment that is secure, respectful and aligned with global safeguarding standards.

Football Scout AI Safeguarding First

Football Scout AI is safeguarding first through the way it is built and the controls it enforces. It verifies every adult before they can enter the system, so no unverified scout, agent or club can contact a young player or their family. It removes private messaging routes and replaces them with monitored, transparent communication that follows safeguarding rules. It checks behaviour patterns and flags anything unusual, such as repeated contact attempts, pressure tactics or requests that fall outside safe practice. It protects data by limiting what adults can see and by ensuring that families stay in control of their information. It also creates a clear record of every interaction, so there is always accountability and no hidden conversations. By combining verification, controlled communication, behaviour monitoring, data protection and full transparency, the platform makes the scouting journey safer for children and gives families confidence that every step is supervised and ethical.

The Football Scout AI Course

The Football Scout AI Course at Al Isa Institute teaches young people, parents and aspiring scouts how modern talent identification works in a safe and responsible way. It explains the full pathway, the risks that exist in football and the correct behaviour expected from adults in the industry. By learning how verification works, how safe communication is managed and how data should be protected, learners understand what good practice looks like and what red flags to avoid. The course also trains students to recognise unsafe approaches, false promises and unregulated agents, which gives them the confidence to protect themselves and their families. Because the course mirrors the safeguarding rules inside the Football Scout AI platform, it creates a shared understanding between players, parents and clubs. This means everyone knows the standards, the boundaries and the correct process, which reduces risk and strengthens safeguarding across the whole pathway.

BCS Code of Conduct

Safeguarding links to the BCS Code of Conduct

As an MBCS, you can be trusted because you are bound by a professional code that places public interest, safety and ethical behaviour above everything else. The BCS Code of Conduct requires every member to protect wellbeing, respect privacy, act with integrity and follow all laws that relate to safeguarding, data protection and the rights of others. These duties align directly with your safeguarding first approach at Al Isa Institute and Football Scout AI. The code expects members to avoid harm, challenge unsafe practice, treat all people fairly and ensure that technology is used responsibly. By following these standards, you show that your work is not only technically strong but also grounded in care, accountability and protection. This gives parents, learners, partners and regulators confidence that your systems are built with the highest level of ethical discipline and that safeguarding is not optional but a professional obligation.

🤝 Our Supporting & Tech Partners

Their support—through collaboration, access, and belief in our mission—has helped us move from vision to impact.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each partner who has contributed tools, time, space, or strategic guidance. Your generosity and trust are woven into our legacy, and your support helps us protect and uplift every child we serve.

Thank you for walking with us.
